Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice or miss their appointment will be charged a late cancellation fee of $60.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive 10 or more minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to not treat you and charge as a missed appointment, or give you an abbreviated treatment depending on our schedule that day.
