She then worked as a Clinical Care Technician at Tufts Medical Center in the cardiology step-down unit, gaining firsthand experience in both life saving interventions and the importance of preventive care. This dual perspective deepened her appreciation for holistic medicine and inspired her to pursue a Master’s in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine at MCPHS/New England School of Acupuncture. There, she completed extensive clinical training in Chinese herbal medicine, orthopedic acupuncture, and Japanese acupuncture. Ashley has experience treating a wide range of conditions, with a particular focus on hormonal health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care, and menopause. She is also skilled in pain management, digestive health, stress-related conditions, and nervous system regulation. As a trauma-informed practitioner, Ashley understands how past experiences shape both physical and emotional well-being. She received her Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture, and her doctorate from the Pacific College of Health Sciences. She has since gone on to do extensive additional training in women’s health, fertility, and hormone balance, sports acupuncture, facial rejuvenation, and Chinese nutrition. She is board certified and licensed to practice acupuncture and herbal medicine.

Katie has an extensive background in the medical field. She began her scientific career studying cancer genomics after receiving a BA in Genetics from Boston University, then went on to work in pharmaceutical research while working toward a master’s degree in biotechnology at Harvard University.

Katie’s experience spans high-end spas to CrossFit gyms, where she’s been trusted with the health of professional athletes and leaders in the wellness industry alike.
